Creation
In the beginning, God as King over all things created the world to be good, right, and beautiful. He lovingly made people to cultivate his creation alongside Him. People had the task to develop the hidden potentials of God’s creation and experience a joyful relationship with God and live in peace with one another and creation.
In the beginning, God as the Loving Father, and Good King over all things, created the world out of nothing by his word and Spirit. This world was good, right, and beautiful. He lovingly created people in his own image to become his cherished sons and daughters. As they were fruitful and multiplied, they would then reflect his image of love and extend his royal presence to the whole world. Their task was to join God as his partners and cultivate the hidden potentials of creation. They would experience a joyful relationship with Him, live in peace with one another, and govern creation for his glory.
Rebellion
However, the first people rebelled against God’s good reign. They wrongly believed that God was holding back good things from them and wanted to decide for themselves what was right and wrong. The tragic result was that human sin entered God’s good creation and all creation came under a curse. Everything was corrupted by this rebellion, especially our hearts.

Promise
Yet God did not leave his rebellious people without hope, He decided to rescue his creation by choosing one man named Abram and making Him into a great nation. Through this nation, Israel, God was going to bless all the other nations. But just like the first people, they rebelled too.

Redemption
When all seemed lost, God was faithful to keep His promise. God the Father sent his own Son, Jesus, as the promised Savior for the world. He perfectly obeyed the Father, did many good works, and taught people what God was like. But the people rebelled against Jesus and murdered Him on a cross. When Jesus was killed, he took responsibility to pay for people’s sin and reverse the curse on creation. Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead! His resurrection proved that he is the True King who has brought a new kingdom from heaven to earth. A “New” creation has begun!

He sends them to all nations to demonstrate God’s love through serving others, and to announce the good news that through King Jesus there is forgiveness, love, and peace! All people are now invited into a friendship with Jesus, and to live according to His Story.

Restoration
One day King Jesus will return to fully restore the world the way it is supposed to be. He will bring justice, healing, and wholeness. There will be no more tears, pain, sickness, brokenness, or death. Those who refuse to trust in King Jesus will be forever separated from his good reign. But everyone who has trusted in him will enjoy His loving presence forever and ever!
